How to change audio speed or pitch

Tips for creators

What is the difference between the three modes?
Speed only changes how fast it plays but keeps the voice pitch. Speed and pitch together changes both, like a tape player. Pitch only changes how high or low it sounds without changing the length.
Does it sound natural at 2× speed?
Speech stays clear up to about 1.5×. Beyond that you may hear a slight echo or roughness, especially in music.
